Reconsideration of Value Process

Nationwide Valuation Solutions supports a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) process. We believe that every report we perform should be fully understandable by the Intended User. In the event a report lacks sufficient clarity or a determination is made that a factual error has been found impacting the report’s Final Value conclusion, the Client may request an ROV thereby giving the Appraiser the opportunity to make necessary revisions.
